Follow up of all the work on eGovernment

As of the beginning of 2010, the Delegation is to follow up all the work of agencies on eGovernment, based on the administration policy goals and the goals that the Government may decide in the area. The impact of these efforts on users is to be described and analysed.

Indicators must be formulated for follow-up. When producing indicators concerning service, internal efficiency and the admini­strative burden of public administration, the Swedish Agency for Growth Policy Analysis must be consulted. With regard to indicators in other areas, the Delegation is to consult with other relevant agencies.

The Delegation is to draw up proposals for methods for ways in which planned savings in the eGovernment work of agencies can be more extensively realised and made use of.
