News from the Delegation
Anna Pegelow is a new secretary in the eGovernment Delegation since 2 May. Her issues are follow-up the work on eGovernment and benefits realization management. The former Head of the Swedish Security Service Anders Danielsson is a new Director General of the Migration Board and member of the Delegation since 23 April.

The Delegation has in March submitted the report As simple as possible for as many as possible - en route to a soft infrastructure (SOU 2012:18).

New member in the Delegation
Lennart Jonasson, Project Manager in the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (Sveriges Kommuner och Landsting), is since 1 January 2012 a new member of the eGovernment Delegation. He replaces Håkan Sörman, who's leaving the Delegation.

En route to a soft infrastructure
The eGovernment Delegation describes in the recent report the process of establishing a new soft infrastructure for eGovernment. Among other things, the Delegation has started preliminary studies Overview of my cases, My authorizations and Effective supply of information. The Delegation has also started to draft a framework for national interoperability. The purpose is to simplify the exchange of information between public organisations and with external actors.

Digital Agenda: Five new cross-border online public services
The European Commission is showcasing a family of five new online public services to the " Borderless eGovernment Services for Europeans " conference of the Polish Presidency in Poznan this week. The five projects have already demonstrated concrete benefits for citizens, businesses and governments during their pilot phases. eGovernment must not stop at national borders , and these five projects prove that it does not have to, making the lives of citizens and businesses easier, while being more efficient and cost effective than existing public services.

Swedish aid data open and internationally comparable
Data on Swedish aid is presented openly and made available at the web-based information service Open Aid. From now on, Sweden is also part of the so-called IATI standard, which means that statistics and records of Swedish development cooperation is made available freely and comparable with data from other countries and donors who take part in the initiative.
